Expert Quality Repairs

The cost of a standard service call is $139. This price is inclusive of the call-out fee and the first 15 minutes of labor time. Diagnostics typically takes 15–30 minutes, and simple repairs can often be completed within this timeframe. If, during the initial diagnosis, a replacement part is required to complete the repair, we will provide you with a quote for the cost of the part and the additional labour. You can then decide whether you wish to proceed with ordering the part and continue the repair. Our technicians carry common generic parts and model specific parts are ordered in. Should our technician need to return to fit the part, you will not be charged a second call out fee, you will only be charged for the labour to fit and the part. Additional labour is charged at a rate of $38 per 15 minutes. We accept payment by cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard only), or bank transfer. We provide a 3-month warranty on our labour. This means if your appliance fails again due to the same original fault within three months of the service date, we will re-attend free of charge. Separate warranty periods apply to parts, varying from 3 to 12 months depending on the specific brand. CBD and Rental Property Rates are charged differently.
