Just had my dishwasher (and oven door which he noticed was not sitting flush) repaired. Friendly call back staff, accommodating with booking the day and time for the service call, phoned ahead to give me his estimated time of arrival, and was pleasant and helpful when arrived. Explained what was wrong with the dishwasher, fixed it and charged a reasonable service fee. Would recommend Axis Appliance Repair to anyone. - Beth

Anthony was very helpful in repairing an old fridge. It ended up costing more than I would like to have spent, but that wasn't Anthony's fault. He had to come back twice as the fan was no longer in production and he had to find me a generic model. He tried his best to keep the costs down for me. Very pleasant and helpful guy. Anthony came and assessed my Bosch washing machine needed a new pump. Anthony took the time to find a generic model that would fit my machine to keep the cost down. Anthony arrived on time for the first appointment and communicated when running late which i was pleased with. Anthony was polite and answered all my questions professionally. Oven repair, had been told it would need replacing but Anthony disagreed and fixed problem also ordered part to fix grill. He was prompt and explained charges up front. Very happy will use him again and happy to recommend to friends and family.
